Suggestion fabrics: The main garment and bands can all be sewn up in the same fabric or use a contrasting fabric for the bands for added interest.
Suggested fabrics include medium weight knit fabrics with 25% or more stretch and good recovery such as cotton / spandex blends, T-shirt jersey, and rib knits.
